I originally bought the big book, and it was too overwhelming for me. This book breaks down the steps in a very succinct and clear way that I can digest and relate to my regular life. I'm not a long book reader and this book is very helpful for me. It is better than Cliff Notes, because it is more robust and gives all the information without going on for pages and pages. I'm so grateful for this book because it has helped me so much to really understand the core of psychology, logic, and it has supported me into growth and evolution not only in my sobriety, but also also in my life.I highly recommend this book
