This CD is a classic "Best of" or "Greatest Hits" however one would choose to call it. Cyndi is a great singer when she just sings in her soulful full voice. I like her childish voice as well, it's just who Cyndi is.I wonder why 2 of Cyndi's best songs are omitted:1. "Heading West" from "A Night To Remember"2. "Unconditional Love" from "A Night to Remember"I agree with several reviewers that stated Cyndi's "A Night To Remember" CD is so underrated. It was a beautifully done album. Those 2 songs I mentioned above are both beautiful songs that Cyndi sang in full voice and no artist today other than the Queen of Rock 'n' Roll and Soul herself Tina Turner can match.Susanna Hoffs (formerly of The Bangles) remade Cyndi's "Unconditional Love" with a few reworked lyrics on her debut CD "When You're A Boy" back in 1991. Susanna did a wonderful rendition of that song. Cyndi wrote the song.I bought this CD when it first hit the record stores and I listen to it even today.I recommend anyone who has ever loved Cyndi Lauper's music buy "12 Deadly Sins ... And Then Some"!I wonder why Sony would leave out 2 of Cyndi's greatest songs from a very good CD like "A Night To Remember"??? It sure would be nice if record companies sent out surveys or something asking the listeners what THEY would like on a complilation CD instead of the way it's being done now.I also agree with another reviewer, DON'T buy Whitney Houston's The Greatest Hits. It's just not a very good example of her work and the remixes are not good at all. The song "Hold Me" Whitney's duet with Teddy Pendergrass is always omitted from her greatest hits CDs ... Why? I will never know.
